Here are a few shots of The Girls in recent weeks including the 'beach' at Humboldt Park, the local neighborhood and Silver Beach in St. Joe, MI. The Girls absolutely love cruising around w/ their strollers these days, so you'll see many shots of the dual umbrella tagalongs. Both V and C are starting to use more and more words, both Spanish and English. V is getting very good at repeating things. They also are starting to sing some songs on their own, which always makes you smile when you hear Row, Row, Row Your Boat sung in toddler sounds. They have truly become inseparable. In the rare event that they are separated, after about 30 seconds, the remaining one looks at you, lifts her hands up (in confusion) and says "Sishhy?!", meaning where's Sissy?!

| Chillin with Papa at the Humboldt Park Beach |
| The Girls love a quick drink from the water fountain at any of the n'hood parks. |
| The building next to ours has a cat named Marley that the Girls love to visit at the end of our walks. Marley comes over to the window and swats his feet on the window and the Girls go bezerk- they think it is the funniest thing. Of course, this is usually just before we put them down, so we have to convince the Girls that Marley is going to sleep...so when asked what a cat says, the Girls may respond "Shhhhhh" like 'be quiet, he's sleeping". |

| Strolling the 'hood. |
| We went to St. Joes for a short Labor Day visit. The weather on Sunday was just perfect so we hit the beach and park. |
| Good thing Mama and Papa brought the chairs, otherwise the Girls would have had nowhere to sit! |
| Papa told Caroline to walk over to the water for a picture. Amazingly, she walked the 20 yards and turned around and then V joined her for a photo. |
| We visited the Farmers Market in St. Joe's. Here are C & V taking a break before we have a picnic. |
| They loved running in the nice green, soft grass. |
| Here they were goofing around and both decided to lay down on the blankets. Both were very giggly! |
| And more stroller time, this time outside Kilwin's Ice Cream Shop. Strange, but Victoria has no interest in ice cream or really any sweets. Caroline on the other hand will eat as much as you give her...."Mas!" she says after every bite; Spanish 101 translation is "More!". |
